Full prepayment of the registration fee is requested. Unpaid registrations will be automatically released.
Cancellations:
- 90 % refundable for cancellations received by March 13, 2017 (10 % charged as the administration fee)
- no refund for cancellations received after March 13, 2017

Room allotment in following hotels has been booked for workshop participants. Rooms will be allocated according to your request in the registration form on first come first serve basis. Please note that the prepayment is required to quarantee your room reservation. Rates include breakfast and VAT.

* cancellation between March 14 – March 22, 2017 – 50 % refund (50 % charged as the cancellation fee)
* cancellation after March 22, 2017 – no refund
