Together with co-director, Professor Petr Neužil, we are pleased to invite you to the 19th edition of the Prague Workshop on Catheter Ablation with Live Demonstrations.
For this edition of the workshop we have decided to maintain a similar format like in 2015. It means, that we will keep the same venue – modern congress center of the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences that is located about one kilometer away from IKEM. The congress hall has a seating capacity of 300 and a very pleasant environment. In addition, in order to show even more novel technologies and strategies, we have arranged live transmission from St Jan Hospital in Bruges (Professor Mattias Duytschaever). Another extramural live case is under discussion and could be a surprise for participants. Finally, we plan to keep the last half day of the workshop for a tutorial of “conventional” ablations, especially for less experienced attendees.
Similar to previous editions of the workshop, we have again invited an outstanding international Faculty. Carefully selected experts in the field will present educational review lectures on different aspects of arrhythmia management and on strategies of catheter ablation. Most of them will perform the procedures together with us. We have ambitious plan to show again between twelve to fourteen live cases from four EP labs in Prague and from abroad. We truly believe that such program will satisfy all participants.
